Website Design Specialist

Welcome to the Internet Lab website, showing work by David Harris a freelance webdesigner working in Oxford, Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.

I provide consultancy, training and design services for all manner of web projects. From Flash based games and applications to content management systems and e-commerce sites.

Recently I have been kept busy by a number of projects at the University of Oxford, designing web sites and applications to help people explore the Oxford University Museum collections. The Tibet Album won the 2007 OxTalent award for innovative use of IT in teaching and learning and the Southern Sudan Project was given the top rating of "excellent" on all counts by the AHRC.

I'm based in Oxford, Oxfordshire, and work with projects across the South East and South West, Oxfordshire, London, Bristol, Somerset and Devon.

All projects are designed on an individual basis to ensure that they are fit for their purpose, for more detailed reports on my work see the projects and articles pages. I'm an advocate of designing to web standards to ensure that vistors always have the best experiences.

I have been working on web projects for over 10 years and have a broad range of skills including graphic design, web design, web programming, database design and integration, image management, and web server administration.
